We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our ClearX operations team that is mainly based in Dusseldorf, Germany, but also in remote locations. The role will report into the Head of ClearX.

The Operations Coordinator role will be key to realise our growth ambitions through ClearX branded business and to position the brand internationally, being responsible for ensuring quality assurance and the ClearX team meets scheduled goals. This entails a range of oversight of work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production activities for maximum performance of projects. Other duties include the development of cost-effective measures with the aim of achieving exceptional business practices. Typical job progression of this role involves adopting a managerial position.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future in orthodontics are:
​
Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met
Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
Develop cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices
Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands
Maintain current knowledge on the market and industry trends
Conduct research to further understand competitors
Optimize the current supply chain operations to ensure seamless customer experience - from the doctor’s case submission till delivery of the ClearX aligners treatment.
Shared accountability for KPIs at all stages of production and customer’s journey.
Optimal manpower and resource utilisation to ensure measurable increase in the number of ClearX cases month on month.
Create systems and processes in place to bring efficiency in the whole manufacturing process.
Prime objective is to ensure that expectations are met and exceeded. This will include creation of excel reports to analyze the data collated from Customer support end and drawing insights to bring about optimisation in current structures in the organisation.

The best combination to success in this role::

Certifications may act in place of a bachelor's degree where applicable
Prior experience working as an operations or production coordinator in the industry preferred
Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
Working knowledge of technical software that is specific to the industry.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The English language is essential and a 2nd European language is an advantage.
Sharp business acumen and financial projection.
High regard for quality assurance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Leads people inspirationally through the ability to communicate the value of better capabilities and working processes
